The following is a small compilation of songs I experienced during a breathwork session.
This session was conducted by Sergio Castro, and shifted me in wondrous ways.
Coupled with his beautiful beautiful energy, the music he chose for the session was tremendous, offering waves of revelations still to today. I continue on with the practice on my own with his playlist.
