Masala Crepe

Leftovers from yesterday's masala blinis: 



Made this large masala crepe, slathered on my reworked chic peas paste (with the addition of toum, nooch & parsley), my apple chutney, then added lamb's lettuce, with a touch of balsamico. 

I usually say it was a party in my mouth, though this one was Heaven. A wonderful combination of salty, sweet, spicey, with perfect textures.



And the wee ones were samplers for the fam.
