Goodness me, I'm still reeling after this weekends cookery fest. I must say that every
single time...I love love love food.
To create delectable meals.
To literally put all my love into them.
To share.
To eat.
To talk about food.
To teach about food- that really, every time you eat ANYTHING at all, it really ought to be a party in your mouth.
With utmost pleasure, I had the honor of sharing my love for food and the art of cooking yesterday, with the largest party I've served in a while. I can't even begin to tell you how good it feels to be back in service. So very very very good.
My Heart Work
A Thai Style soup
Indian deconstructed 2bite Samosas, with Mini Pita's served with a choice garlic and fig sauce with fresh parsley & and curried (blitzed) cauliflower sauce
A Manj style "Simple" Rocket Salad, loaded with nuts, seeds, nutritional yeast, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, & fresh parsely
Moroccan Influenced Chic Pea Tagine with Quinoa
Complete with olives, dried fruits, nuts, seeds, a range of spices, fresh coriander & parsley- everything but the kitchen sink, really!
The finale was simple- This Little Cookies' infamous chocolate chunk cookie, of course!
Served with a dollop of mascarpone, a drizzle of salted caramel and ever so slight pinch of cardamum.
All served with a whole lotta love. Aside from the dessert, everything else was plant-based, and even for the meat eaters, I promise you wouldn't have missed at thing :)

Now then, I'm so happy to say that I'm ready.
I'm ready to just show up to your kitchen, do my thing and offer you my work of (he)art. It would truly be my honor, AND, the above menu, is but one sample.
