Two not so usual soups on the menu today, one purple, the other smoked, both really delicious ;)
Purple Cabbage and Leek soup with Broccoli & Ginger in Coconut Milk with Fresh Coriander & Toasted Sesame Seeds
Smoked Hokkaido Pumpkin (straight from the garden).
Before I thinned out the soup, I used it as a sauce to dip my scrumptious vegetable fritters into.
All plant-based, and an absolute party in my mouth.
