The giant "M" hovering over my right shoulder? 

M is for Maruska (my choice name here - being an honorary Slovak after all ;) ). 

Maruska happened to be playing her heart out at Chef Parade (cookery school)  last night, here in Bratislava ;) 

She played her heart out, learning the art of sushi and more, from fabulous chef Martin Pollak- a kindred spirit, and "Re-Creative Artist"

This marked phase one of three- leading up to teaching her own course at Chef Parade- over the moon, BIG YHAY! 

Phase three- her own course is scheduled for Januray 2018- stay tuned. ;)
