Art, be it in whatever form ~ that which puts you in alignment with All That Is, All That You Are ~ allows your spirit to be unleashed from within you to out of you, reaching and coalescing with all those open/ready to receive that vibe.
Be in joy, have fun, create something, even if that means staring at a blank sheet of paper for days on end before you event attempt to draw anything.
