I was born at the perfect time - no one else made the decision but me - however I can't help but to think that I came forth into this physical reality, about a hundred years late, or about a quarter of a decade too early.
Old fashioned, and yet, really resonating with Millennials, I love what I'm seeing, and hearing from them.
Yesterday I had a conversation with 19years young Kristina, who when I asked what she's what she sees herself doing, (a semi-trick question), said,
"I don't know."
This really and truly made my heart smile, though the icing on the cake was when she said, "I don't know, but when I will know, I'll know."
In no rush to be something, as per the status quo and social conditioning/programming, you know what Kristina is? HERSELF.
This girl's not going to hit 28 and spend a decade trying to "find herself." She knows who she is, what she's about, what's going on.
Unlike her friends, she's not planning a wedding, let alone what her wedding dress will look like, how many kids she'll have, the house, the this, the that. She just IS, and I promise you, this kid (though no kid at all), was a total breath of fresh air.
Love it. Love the wave of wisdom that's sweeping through the earth right now. Welcome, and stay You.
